Job Description:
This role will be responsible for the execution and maintenance of existing and new data analytics workflows to support a holistic audit approach to evaluate our internal control environment.
The successful candidate will exhibit an entrepreneurial mindset with attention to detail, drive to accomplish goals and focus on quality results. They will have strong communication skills and the ability to multitask working with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Participate in data analytics related to audits, special projects and ad-hoc requests. Assist in the execution of analytics to obtain insights and identify data patterns which are not in compliance with our policies and procedures.
* Act as an analytic resource for the team.
* Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Technology or related discipline. GPA of 3.0 or above is preferred but prior experience is not required.
Strong oral/written communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to quickly grasp concepts, analyze data and draw conclusions based on sound judgement; Ability to apply creative and innovative thinking; Ability to work independently.
Work Environment:
Summer Internship opportunity (40 hours/week for 12 weeks). Ability to work in a hybrid work environment.
