Description
* Act as a trusted finance partner to the marketing team, offering insights and recommendations to support profitable growth.
* Analyse monthly performance, highlight key trends, and identify opportunities and risks.
* Collaborate with category teams to integrate market insights into financial analysis.
* Provide commercial support for investment decisions, pricing strategies, and promotional effectiveness.
* Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and profitability targets.
* Other ad hoc duties
Profile
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Commercial understanding and stakeholder engagement experience.
* Background in accounting and financial modelling.
* Exposure to ERP systems
* CPA/CA qualified or equivalent.
* FMCG experience is a plus but not mandatory.
