Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will work with NDIS participants across a range of ages and abilities to support functional independence, improve daily living skills, and enhance participation in meaningful activities.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct comprehensive assessments of participants’ functional abilities, sensory needs, and daily living skills.

* Develop and implement individualised therapy plans aligned with NDIS goals.

* Provide interventions in home, school, community, or clinic settings.

* Support participants with assistive technology and home/environmental modifications.

* Collaborate with families, support workers, and multidisciplinary teams.

* Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and progress notes in line with NDIS and company standards.

* Contribute to reports and recommendations for NDIS reviews and planning meetings.

* Participate in team meetings, professional development, and supervision.

Key Requirements

o Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.

o Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.

o Knowledge of NDIS framework and experience supporting NDIS participants (preferred but not essential).

o Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

o Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

o Valid driver’s licence and access to reliable vehicle (travel between clients may be required).

o Current Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Police Check.
