Key Responsibilities
* Handling incoming reservations and welcoming guests by conducting check-ins and check-outs;
* Preparing and cleaning our campervans;
* Maintaining our campervans in top condition and managing maintenance and repair needs;
* Registering guests, monitoring stock, and processing payments;
* Managing complaints and troubleshooting emergencies.
Requirements
* You are a travel enthusiast with strong communication skills, preferably with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car;
* You're fluent in English;
* You're eligible to work in Australia, hold a valid driver's licence, and feel confident enough to drive a campervan;
* You're available to work on weekends and public holidays;
* You're a responsible individual who takes your work seriously and can be relied upon;
* You're well-organised and skilled at solving problems.
