**About the Role**
The role of Area Supervisor is to support and oversee the achievement of routine and planned maintenance works, including scoping, quality control, supervising staff, whilst maintaining a safe work environment through a high quality of health and safety practices.
Supporting a team of trade staff, you will focus on coaching and developing your team, in addition to coordinating their daily schedules.
**This role will require travel to areas of the Upper Hunter including Singleton, Muswellbrook and Scone. A tool of trade vehicle will be provided for you in this role.**

**To be successful in this role, please ensure you have addressed the following essential selection criteria**:
- Trade Qualification - NSW Builders Licence or Qualified Supervisor Certificate (or ability to obtain)
- Demonstrated experience in residential property maintenance services
- Facilities, asset, project management experience
- Ability to implement and maintain schedules in conjunction with our contractual requirements;
- Develop, motivate and lead your team across numerous and various sites;
- Set timelines, deadlines and routines in conjunction with our contractual requirements;
- Conduct analysis of your teams' output and standards to continually improve the needs and requirements of your area;
- Liaise and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and have the capability to communicate in both a technical and non-technical manner;
- Mentor and coach staff with different skill and ability levels including apprentices and trainees
