Responsibilities
- This vital administrative role supports the effective delivery of surgical and perioperative services by working closely with a multidisciplinary team of Nurses, Doctors, and Allied Health Professionals.
- You will be job sharing with our current CSO and will work Wednesday to Friday, helping ensure seamless administrative and support functions that underpin our unit’s high standard of care.
- Handling follow-up phone calls with professionalism
- General filing and document management

The setting in Ward E3 is dynamic and fast-paced, reflective of a busy tertiary hospital. You will play a key role in supporting clinical staff and patient services while handling sensitive and confidential matters with empathy and professionalism.
