About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and organised Contract Administrator to join our team. This role will work directly with senior management across tendering, project delivery and commercial management. The position is ideal for someone wanting to build a long-term career within the construction industry and gain exposure across multiple aspects of project delivery and subcontract management.
Key Responsibilities
* Contract administration and review
* Tracking variations and drawing changes
* Preparing purchase orders and subcontract documentation
* Managing project documentation and compliance
* Liaising with builders, suppliers and site teams
* Assisting with progress claims and cost trackingSupporting project managers and site supervisors
* Managing document control systems including Procore and project portals
* Assisting with project close-out documentation and certifications
What We're Looking For
* Experience in construction administration, CA, project coordination or estimating preferred
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Attention to detail and willingness to learn
* Experience with Procore, Excel and construction documentation is highly regarded
* Knowledge of commercial construction projects preferred
