This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in Gadigal Country (Sydney) or Naarm (Melbourne).
What You'll Do
* Lead and embed enterprise psychosocial risk management frameworks aligned to WHS obligations and IAG risk frameworks.
* Provide independent review and assurance on how psychosocial risks are identified, controlled and monitored across divisions.
* Partner with Subject Matter Experts to support assurance and regulator engagement.
* Identify and prioritise psychosocial risks in partnership with the business and Centres of Excellence.
* Support the design, implementation and evaluation of psychosocial risk controls, including, but not limited to, job design, workload, role clarity and change practices.
* Monitor control effectiveness using data, insights and feedback loops, and drive continuous improvement based on trends, incidents and emerging risks.
* Embed psychosocial risk ownership with leaders through clear accountabilities, practical tools and capability uplift.
* Design and deliver leader‐led psychosocial risk management capability, including risk identification, control design and early intervention.
* Provide SME advice and guidance to stakeholders to manage complex, high‐risk psychosocial matters.
* Provide specialist advice on psychosocial risk matters such as change, fatigue, mental health, family and domestic violence, bullying, harassment, discrimination and suicidality.
* Design, Lead, project manage and deliver psychosocial health and wellbeing initiatives from concept through to implementation.
* Provide psychosocial risk input into enterprise change, transformation and workforce initiatives, partnering early to embed risk considerations upfront.
* Analyse and interpret wellbeing, health and safety data to identify psychosocial risks, leading indicators and systemic themes.
* Translate data into clear, actionable insights to inform Divisions/Business units, senior leaders, and relevant stakeholders.
* Support executive decision‐making through evidence‐based recommendations.
* Build and maintain effective relationships with HRBPs, Employee Relations, Protective Security, DEI, Safety & Wellbeing and other key stakeholders.
* Review and design learning, awareness and communication initiatives to strengthen psychological health and safety capability.
What You'll Bring
* Minimum of five years working in workplace safety, mental health and wellbeing role/setting.
* Tertiary qualifications in Psychology (minimum four years)/Organisational Psychology (minimum four years) required.
* Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate innovative psychosocial safety and wellbeing initiatives, including application of WHS legislative and international standards and management systems and programs.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience advising, negotiating, and collaborating across all levels.
