We're looking for a Cruise & Travel Consultant with at least 2 years' experience in the travel industry, ideally from a retail background, who is customer-centric, collaborative, and detail-oriented.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Designing and booking cruise, flights, and land-based holidays for discerning clients
* Managing full travel arrangements including international and domestic airfares, cruising, accommodation, tours, insurance, and transfers
* Quoting flights and using Galileo GDS (cross-training available from Sabre or Amadeus) - ticketing is handled via a consolidator
* Using the CRM system to log, track, and cross-check all booking information and client communications
* Handling amendments, upgrades, special requests, and final travel documentation
* Building long-term client relationships through trust and exceptional service
* Liaising with cruise lines, airlines, wholesalers, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery
* Staying up to date with current cruise and travel product offerings
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a travel consultant role (retail preferred)
* GDS experience - Galileo preferred, but Sabre or Amadeus welcome
* Solid knowledge of airfare structures and cruising
* Comfortable working with CRM systems for workflow and booking management
* Passionate about providing outstanding service and creating unforgettable travel experiences
* High attention to detail, organised, and a team player
