Responsibilities
* Develop and oversee the execution of account plans to meet Microsoft revenue targets and customer outcomes.
* Engage with internal and external stakeholders on business planning to promote mutually beneficial customer AI transformation strategies.
* Coordinate with the full customer team across all Microsoft areas to deliver customer outcomes throughout the customer lifecycle, building deep trust.
* Understand the customer's business and industry priorities to identify new business opportunities, drive growth, and advocate internally for customer needs.
* Lead Sales Excellence initiatives and orchestrate extended virtual teams to achieve revenue and market share growth.
* Build and maintain knowledge of customers' industries, business strategies, key partners, and solutions.
* Gain deeper insights through direct engagement with customers' business operations.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of relevant industry experience (e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Government, Education), focusing on AI or digital transformation.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field, with 3+ years of relevant experience, or
Master's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
