A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Workshop Manager to lead a team, based in Shepparton. This role represents an exciting opportunity to advance your career.
The position is part hands-on and part managing a team of Mechanics. This position requires the ability to manage a team of mechanics, while still working on vehicles and providing expert diagnostic abilities to your team. You will have the knowledge to understand faults with a large variety vehicles, or be proactive in gaining knowledge from others to identify the issue.
You will have the knowledge to provide quotes to ensure that you will operate in a profitable manner, while still meeting all KPI's.
The position will require:
* A high level of mechanical knowledge
* The ability to manage a team
* Experience with Microsoft Office and other office programs will be highly regarded
* Strong Diagnostic abilities
* Ability to work in a high-pressure in a busy environment.
* Ability to grow the business
* The ability to produce great customer levels of satisfaction.
* Full Australian working rights
* A positive demeanour with a can-do attitude
In return you will be rewarded with a good hourly rate, OT available. You will be paid for every hour worked. You will also have the ability to earn monthly bonuses, based on workshop performance. This is a full-time, Mon – Fri role.
