Job Overview
This role involves managing relationships with healthcare professionals across Sydney, covering Psychiatry, Cardiology, and Oncology. The successful candidate will take ownership of their territory, drive product growth, and ensure ethical representation of the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve and exceed sales targets in assigned territory
* Drive new CNS treatment launch and adoption
* Build strong relationships with Psychiatrists, Cardiologists, GPs, and hospital stakeholders through in-field meetings, presentations, and role plays
* Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular updates on progress
* Represent the organisation professionally at all times, adhering to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
* Minimum 2-3 years experience as a GP Sales Representative (mandatory)
* Specialty sales exposure is highly regarded, particularly in Psychiatry, Cardiology, and Oncology
* Bachelor's degree in a science or business-related field (preferred)
* Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a track record of achieving results in a fast-paced environment
* On-territory experience in Sydney or surrounding areas is advantageous, with a valid driver's license and less than 8 demerit points remaining
* Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills are essential for this role
