Create your best future and join Commercial Banking, Transaction Banking team as a Transaction Banking Manager.
What's the role?
You will be the go to expert for customers who want their money to move smarter. You will partner with Regional Commercial and Agribusiness customers, helping them streamline cash flow and embrace digital transaction banking solutions that make a real difference to their operations.
This full-time role can be based in Wagga Wagga or Orange. You will work closely with a connected national team while staying grounded in the needs of regional businesses so you will build relationships that matter and shape solutions that support customers to thrive. You will have the freedom to explore innovative options, simplify the complex, and champion digital ways of banking that feel effortless for the customer.
What do I need?
* Experience in a relationship or business development role in a B2B or payments environment
* Expertise in transaction banking, fintech or digital business banking solutions
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* A genuine customer focus and a practical approach to solving problems
* The ability to thrive in a collaborative environment with a positive and proactive mindset
