Facilities Lead Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Facilities Lead to oversee the delivery of industry-leading uptime and service outcomes across our national footprint.
* Coach a field team providing simplified insights to Field Operations & Store teams
* Liaise with contractors to deliver excellence through service and performance KPIs
* Champion continual improvement and detailed delivery in all aspects of facilities management
Working closely with our National Facilities Team Lead, you'll drive best-in-class industry uptime and deliver outstanding service outcomes while managing resources effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead large-scale continuous improvement projects while maintaining quality execution network-wide
2. Collaborate on financial performance opportunities with sustainable improvements to commercial performance
3. Implement new processes to increase productivity and efficiency
About You:
* Proven experience leading facilities management at a national or enterprise scale
* Strong track record of delivering significant facilities initiatives
* Excellent problem-solving skills, solution design, and stakeholder engagement
* Adept at driving team member capability and overall performance
As a critical thinker and influencer, you'll create a high-performance and psychologically safe team environment while understanding and navigating complex environments. Experience within the fuel, food, or convenience sector is preferred but not essential.
