We are inviting expressions of interest (EOI) from experienced subcontractors for a social housing opportunity. This tender seeks maintenance services for both residential and vacant properties in the Coonamble area and surrounding regions. The scope of work includes planned maintenance and general maintenance work.
Please note these are subcontractor opportunities only, not full-time or permanent employment positions. Subcontractors will operate independently, not as employees of our company. The successful applicant will have:
* Your own ABN number
* Relevant insurances
* Contractors/Builders Licence
* National Police Clearance (within 12 months)
* White Card essential
* Current Drivers Licence and own vehicle
* Must have own tools
