About the role
Seeking an experienced Cloud Operations Technician to join a dynamic team supporting the delivery of secure and reliable digital services. This role will involve day-to-day operations across web hosting environments within AWS, cloud infrastructure and server administration.
Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day operations across AWS cloud infrastructure and web hosting environments.
* Administer servers and related services to ensure secure and reliable digital services.
Required skills
* Experience in web hosting technologies including WordPress, NGINX, PHP, and MySQL
* Linux administration skills, particularly RHEL and CentOS
* Strong TCP/IP and networking concepts
* Amazon Web Services (AWS) operations
* AWS services such as RDS, Route53, CloudFront, and Application Load Balancers
* Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, GitLab, VSC, Ansible)
