We are seeking a talented and experienced Principal Consultant to join our team at IPAR in Launceston. This is a permanent full-time opportunity for a Senior Consultant or Rehabilitation Consultant looking to take their career to the next level.

Your Role
In this diverse role, you will have the flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day while being supported by a strong team of driven healthcare professionals. Your duties will include:
* Managing a portfolio of workplace rehabilitation cases
* Developing and implementing plans for Return to Work (RTW) and progressing upgrades in consultation with key stakeholders
* Mentoring and coaching consultants to support service delivery and customer service
* Assisting with the induction of new consultants and performance management processes
* Working with employers and employees to develop injury prevention and workplace education programs
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A tertiary qualification in an Allied Health Discipline
* Full Professional Registration or Accreditation
* Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation would be highly regarded
* Fabulous communication skills and the ability to work with a range of clients and stakeholders
* Compassion and kindness, as well as empathy and well-developed time management skills
* A current valid Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
