We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Account Growth Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and develop strong relationships with corporate clients.
As an Account Growth Manager, you will be responsible for growing and retaining corporate partnerships by developing long-term relationships with assigned clients, connecting with key business executives, and maintaining existing relationships to ensure they are getting the most out of their package inclusions.
* Manage enquiries from corporates and liaise with internal teams where corporates need assistance with their package inclusion.
* Assist with ad-hoc duties including assisting corporates to complete attendee names for events, as well as gathering marketing material.
* Support corporate partner renewals and manage a pipeline of new opportunities from leads provided to the organization.
This role requires a high level of communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have experience in account management, customer success, or business development within technology.
The successful candidate will also have:
* Strategic discussions with senior stakeholders and execute on tactical activities.
* Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
* Understanding/awareness of the topic of gender diversity and associated obstacles.
