Restaurant Management Role
We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences consistently
* Train, motivate and direct the food & beverage staff to ensure a positive working environment
* Assist in the recruitment and induction of new team members
* Ensure that team members are informed about all specials and standard menu items
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, work areas, tableware, utensils and other materials and equipment
* Handle any escalated customer complaints professionally
Requirements:
* Leadership experience in retail or hospitality
* Valid RSA
* Strong interpersonal skills with excellent customer service abilities
* Be punctual and well presented at all times
* Good availability for various shifts including weekdays, weekends and evenings
* Outstanding people management and interpersonal skills
* Point of sale experience is essential
* Ability to deal with obstacles/issues in a professional manner
