Work Request System (WRS):Monitor and manage tenant work requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
Reactive Maintenance Coordination:Liaise with contractors and service providers to address maintenance needs promptly and professionally.
Work Order Oversight:Track and follow up on open work orders to ensure completion and quality standards are met.
Security & Access Control:Administer building security systems, including access control setup and troubleshooting.
Daily Property Inspections:Conduct routine inspections to ensure the building and its assets are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness, safety, and presentation.
