Job Description:
The role involves supporting new and existing micro and small businesses through one-on-one business coaching, analysing, developing, and planning business strategies. Regular visits to clients are required to ensure they receive optimal coaching. The successful candidate must be able to establish effective client relationships and respond to concerns or complaints regarding service delivery.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Ability to work autonomously within organisational boundaries and as part of a regional and national team
* Excellent interpersonal skills, relationship building, sound judgement and discernment
* Demonstrated ability to have challenging/difficult conversations with clients, ability to ask tough questions
* Well developed verbal and written communication skills, including ability to develop and deliver presentations internally and externally
* Self motivated to work to and achieve targets whilst also delivering quality
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
