Role Overview
This position plays a vital role in coordinating student placements and maintaining relationships with relevant universities.
Key responsibilities include supporting the onboarding, induction, and field supervision of students, as well as providing task supervision, mentorship, and support to clinicians when appropriate.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading the development and facilitation of internal clinical education and training for staff, coordinating and leading therapeutic group Community of Practice, and participating in research and evaluation activities.
This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have AHPRA registration as a Psychologist, Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker.
A Board Approved Supervisor status is also required, as well as demonstrated experience and theoretical knowledge in providing education and mentoring to students and staff in a healthcare setting.
You should possess highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage communications effectively.
