We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Director to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR management, with experience in policy development, employee engagement, and talent acquisition. They will be able to build relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders, and provide guidance on HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement HR strategies to support business growth and objectives
* Manage the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, retention, and succession planning
* Provide HR advice and guidance to senior leaders and stakeholders
* Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement organizational change initiatives
* Evaluate and improve HR processes and systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of experience in HR management
* Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies
* Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work collaboratively with senior leaders and stakeholders
