What You'll Be Doing:
* Building Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their needs and goals.
* Sourcing Talent: Use a variety of channels (Advertising, Referrals, Headhunting) to find top candidates who will fit perfectly with client teams.
* Client Engagement: Attend client meetings, provide tailored recruitment solutions to grow your existing portfolio.
* Recruitment Process: Conduct interviews, assess candidates and place the right people in the right roles.
What We're Looking For:
* People Person: You enjoy talking to people, asking questions, and understanding their motivations.
* Problem Solver: You thrive in fast-paced environments and see challenges as opportunities to learn and grow.
* Self-Motivated: You have a positive, can-do attitude and the ambition to achieve both your personal and professional goals.
* Organised: You can manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
* Great Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. You'll be interacting with candidates, clients, and team members daily.
* Tech-Savvy: You must have experience using Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook) and be comfortable learning new in-house systems as part of your role.
