Position Overview:
My client are seeking a motivated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join their growing team. In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adults, and seniors, to assess their needs and develop personalised intervention plans.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised treatment plans.
* Facilitate therapeutic interventions to enhance clients' daily living skills.
* Collaborate with clients (adults), families, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
* Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
* Provide advice and support to clients on the use of assistive technology and adaptive equipment.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.
* Stay current with best practices and evidence-based approaches in occupational therapy.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
* Previous NDIS experience preferred
* Current AHPRA registration
* Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A genuine passion for helping individuals enhance their independence and quality of life.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
