Bright Future is looking to appoint a Graphics Designer to join our Marketing & Communications team.
Responsibilities
The role requires visualizing, creating, and designing communications material for print and digital platforms. Broadly, this would involve:
* Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements
* Creating images and layouts by hand or using design software
* Testing graphics across various media
* Designing photo essays, presentations, posters, email communications, and other creatives
Desired Qualifications & Experience
* Graduate with 5 plus years prior work experience in a similar role
* Exceptional artistic, aesthetic, and design sense
* High level of proficiency with design software such as Corel Draw, Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign
* Solid understanding of brand identity and branding tools
* A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects
* Ability to work well with people
* Self-motivation and proactive attitude
* Ability to ideate and come up with new ways of executing existing ideas
* Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently and deliver within deadlines
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail
