Key Responsibilities: Manage a clean portfolio of approx. 120 residential properties Handle all end-to-end property management tasks Coordinate maintenance and repairs with trades and landlords Liaise professionally with landlords, tenants, and contractors Conduct routine inspections, entry/exit reports, and lease renewals Handle arrears management and tenancy disputes when required Ensure compliance with legislation and company standards Prepare documentation using PropertyMe and relevant platforms Work closely with the leasing and admin support team What’s On Offer: Salary up to $90,000 Super Car Allowance No weekend work and WFH Days– enjoy work/life balance 120-property portfolio with admin and leasing support Beautiful, modern offices in Palm Beach!
