About the role
Driving the Group CRM strategy for growing loyalty member engagement and retention; the CRM Manager leverages CRM data to help drive customer acquisition and retention strategy together with Customer Activation, Marketing & Digital leads.
**The role will see you**:
- Managing end to end omni-channel campaigns that increase sales, customer loyalty and advocacy
- Build new cross channel automations and optimise pre-existing journeys.
- Ensure the sales feeds and customer opt-in are flowing through to Emarsys accurately and in a timely manner.
- Manage the CDP data strategy and data architecture to inform robust automations and campaigns.
- Integrate the new feeds required for the Retail Dashboard pilot.
You will be a thought leader to contribute to new thinking and ideas, and your experience will help to drive innovation across the team, supporting the growth of our brand.
You will have experience in B2C, and knowledge of working with web analytics tools and providing data driven insights. Exposure to Emarsys would be highly advantageous, as well as MS AX. You have advanced excel skills and a high level of attention to detail. You are passionate about building relationships and embracing our customer service mindset. You are adaptable and an excellent communicator.
