About the Role
As Clinical Care Manager, you'll provide clinical oversight and guidance to the care team, ensuring high standards across resident care, AN-ACC funding, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading clinical governance, risk management, and quality systems
Overseeing care plans and clinical documentation aligned with Aged Care Quality Standards
Supporting the AN-ACC process through accurate assessments and optimisation
Mentoring and supervising staff to build a confident, accountable team
Driving and guiding staff performance with fairness and clarity
Working closely with the Facility Manager to ensure excellent resident outcomes
About You
Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration
3+ years' experience in a Clinical Manager or similar leadership role in aged care
Solid knowledge ofAN-ACC fundingandAged Care Quality Standards
IPC (Infection Prevention and Control) Lead training highly desirable
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
Excellent communicator with sound clinical judgment and time management
Comfortable navigating electronic medical records
Above all –genuine empathy, compassion, and respect for older people
