Understanding of Warehouse operating systems and customers' specific requirements!
Hands-on team player skills as you build rapport with clients to ensure their needs are met efficiently!

**Key Duties**:
- Maintain accurate client information using the CRM
- Manage coding system - create, update, and delete codes
- Process inbound goods receipts and verify against delivery advice
- Proactively report discrepancies to Warehouse/Client and take actions
- Produce order pick slips and maintain records for efficiency
- Collaborate with field support, sales, and warehouse staff
- Support other team members for a strong team dynamic
- Prepare and process end-of-week/month reports
- Create and maintain state reports for consistency
- Undertake general administrative tasks and filing
- Participate in cross-training to build on your skills as you grow
**Customer Service Operator** should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Previous experience in a customer service or related role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain rapport with clients and team members
- Proficiency in various computer systems and the ability to adapt quickly to new software
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset to address customer issues efficiently
