In this role you will contribute to the delivery of customer focussed payroll service to clients of Queensland Health through payroll and related administrative processes and systems.
What you'll do
* Provide the Payroll Recovery Services Team with administration support.
* Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders and leadership in relation to administrative activities and projects.
* Coordinate and monitor Payroll Recovery Services email accounts and assist with the preparation and bookings of meetings, workshops and presentations, and undertake secretariate functions for the Payroll Recovery Services Leadership team.
* Assist with the actioning of data validation for recently separated employees and former employees who have overdue repayments
* Assist with actioning Self-Initiated Repayment agreements for current employees
* Actioning all aspect of mail merge activities along with mail investigation activities
About you
We are searching for someone who has:
* Capability to undertake a variety of administrative responsibilities within a team environment and contribute to the achievement of team objectives.
* Demonstrated ability to prioritise, schedule and perform tasks to meet team schedules and quality standards
* Sound analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
* Sound verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively liaise and negotiate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels
