Admin/Recruitment Assistant is responsible for providing the necessary aid to help the Recruiters with their role. You will be required to maintain a neat and tidy work environment and complete various recruitment duties. These duties include, but are not limited to,
* making and answering phone calls with clients and various candidates
* sending and replying to emails
* organizing and completing paperwork
This is a very busy position, requiring high attention to detail, a calm manner, good listening skills and very good organizational skills. Also required is a high level of professionalism, the ability to manage stress.
This position also requires the ability to relate to people of differing cultures, age, experience, and levels of communication. You need to be versatile, flexible, manage your time well and be very efficient. Youwill need to act with a sense of urgency.
Work Hours
Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30am - 5:00pm

Requirements
* National Police Clearance (NPC)
* Laboratory Drug and Alcohol Screen (LABDAS)
* White card
* Current and valid C-A Class or C Class Drivers Licence
* Knowledge about the mining industry and various roles
* Experience in a busy reception environment
* Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Outlook, Excel)
