About the role
The City of Sydney's Education and Care Services team seeks a highly skilled and motivated outside school hours care (OSHC) workers to join our team of educators.
You will have demonstrated experience and skills in caring for and educating children aged 5-12 years old in an OSHC environment.
Other selection criteria include:
* Diploma in Children’s Services or approved equivalent.
* Current First Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates.
* Current Working with Children Check Certification and willing to undergo a police check
* Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework and Child Protection Law and its application within an education and care setting.
* Experience in contributing to quality improvement and the establishment and implementation of high-quality programs in early education and care settings or with 5-12 year olds.
* Capacity to guide and mentor educators.
