Are you a seasoned recruitment professional with a passion for healthcare? We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Business Partner to join our dynamic close knit Talent Solutions team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare talent acquisition.
About the Role
As a Recruitment Business Partner, you'll be the strategic link between hiring managers and top-tier healthcare talent. You'll lead end-to-end recruitment initiatives, design sourcing strategies, and drive talent campaigns that align with our client's workforce goals. This is a high-impact role where your expertise will directly influence hiring outcomes and candidate experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with hiring managers to deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes across the healthcare portfolio.
* Design and execute sourcing strategies tailored to healthcare roles, including niche rural based positions.
* Lead recruitment campaigns and talent initiatives to meet current and future hiring needs.
* Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using direct sourcing, social media, and professional networks.
* Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, background checks, and ISO standards.
* Collaborate with HR and Program Managers on continuous improvement projects and workforce planning.
* You must be an Australian Citizen
* Proven experience in healthcare recruitment (agency, RPO, or in-house).
* Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
* Excellent communication, planning, and organisational abilities.
* Proficiency in ATS/VMS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern recruitment technologies.
* A proactive mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding candidate and client experiences.
