Accounts and Administrative Support Position

The primary function of this role is to provide financial support services to the organization on a part-time basis.

Key responsibilities include:

* Accurate maintenance of financial records for accounts payable and receivable.
* Bank reconciliations, account balancing, and preparation of required reports.
* Supporting end-of-month and year-end close processes.
* Liaising with external accountants and auditors as necessary.
* Performing general administrative duties.

For this position, we seek an individual with:

* At least three years of experience in accounts payable and receivable functions, along with a solid understanding of accounting procedures.
* A high level of attention to detail, coupled with a proven ability to maintain quality and accuracy in work.
* Proficiency in using Xero software.
* Strong reconciliation skills.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
* Intermediate level of proficiency in Word and Excel.
