Job Description Senior Finance and Warranty Manager – Dutton One NSW & SA sites.
Responsibilities:
Engage customers at the point of sale, guiding them through vehicle and asset upgrades or refinancing solutions.
Train, develop, and manage the performance of three direct reports.
Oversee finance and warranty operations across Dutton One NSW and SA sites.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve commercial outcomes and strengthen the Dutton Financial Services brand.
Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across 60 lenders and Presidian Warranty products.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with customers over the phone and face‑to‑face.
Knowledge of multiple panels of lenders and products to identify the best outcome for customers.
Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
High attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
Willingness to learn and think creatively.
Strong adherence to all compliance measures.
Enthusiastic, motivated and positive mindset.
Demonstrate clear and professional communication and interpersonal skills.
