Responsibilities
* Diagnose faults in mobile phones, tablets, and telecommunications devices using electronic testing and diagnostic tools.
* Test signal reception, network connectivity, data transmission, SIM functionality and device communication performance.
* Repair and replace faulty telecommunications components, including charging ports, antennas, microphones, speakers, connectors, circuit boards, and related internal hardware.
* Conduct motherboard-level inspection and troubleshooting for complex device faults.
* Install, configure, and test mobile telecommunications equipment, operating systems, firmware, network settings, and carrier-related configurations.
* Perform software diagnostics, data transfer, system restoration, and device performance testing.
* Use voltmeters, ammeters, multimeters, soldering equipment, and other technical instruments to identify and repair faults.
* Maintain accurate technical records of diagnostics, repairs, parts used, testing results, and service outcomes.
* Ensure repaired devices meet quality, safety, and performance standards before returning to customers.
* Provide technical advice to customers regarding device faults, connectivity issues, and maintenance requirements.
Pay
$70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
