We’re looking for an experienced Team Leader to lead and mentor a multidisciplinary occupational rehabilitation team across Canberra and Southern NSW. This role offers the opportunity to influence team culture, develop consultants, drive quality outcomes, and still maintain a reduced caseload to stay connected to clinical work.

About the Role
You will:
* Lead, mentor and support a team of Rehabilitation Consultants in regional locations
* Drive strong return-to-work and recovery outcomes
* Conduct quality assurance reviews and coaching
* Support and drive stakeholder relationships with employers, insurers and brokers
* Assist with recruitment, onboarding and team development
* Support complex cases, escalations and performance management
* Contribute to continuous improvement and business growth initiatives
This is a hands-on leadership role with a reduced caseload.
About You
You may be:
* A current Team Leader looking for a stronger culture and better support
OR
* An experienced Senior Rehabilitation Consultant ready to step into leadership
You will bring:
* 5+ years’ experience in Occupational Rehabilitation
* Leadership or mentoring experience
* Strong workers compensation knowledge in both NSW and ACT
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* A proactive, people-focused approach
* Relevant registration required: AHPRA, ESSA, or ASORC
