Client Manager | Gold Coast

We are seeking a Client Manager to join our National Team, which specialises in the delivery of best-in-class risk management solutions for clients. Lead a significant client portfolio across various industries through insurance broking and advisory. Contribute to new business development and presenting our Aon United value proposition to clients.

What The Day Will Look Like

* Lead a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries
* Building relationships and enhancing the client experience
* Identify development opportunities for designated portfolio and design appropriate servicing solutions
* Develop new and profitable business within the National segment
* Contribute to the strategic direction of the National business
* Achieve renewal and new business budget
* Mentorship and development of team members within the region

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

* Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualifications
* Experience managing a client portfolio of at least 500k annual income
* Exceptional client relationship management
* First‐class communication and presentation skills
* A keen entrepreneurial spirit, with demonstrated new business successes
* Strong technical understanding of a broad range of Commercial Insurance products
* Ability to build leverage existing networks and develop new networks
* Organisational skills to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
