Synonymous with high quality legal services and solutions across all areas of practice, the Partners are looking for an experienced Finance and Administration Manager to play a leading role in the management of the firm.
The Finance and Administration Manager will be a senior, hands-on values -led leader responsible for the firm's financial stewardship, regulatory compliance, and operational effectiveness. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer you will be a trusted adviser to the Partners and ensure the firm's financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational effectiveness whilst supporting the firm's strategic objectives and culture.
The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, strong and demonstrated financial management and accounting experience and a proven ability to lead people and contribute to the workplace culture. Experience in risk management, compliance, systems and frameworks along with asset management will be highly valued.
