Key Leadership Role: Senior Director of Credit, Debit, and Prepaid Products
Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Core Product team across multiple markets. This senior leadership role reports directly to the Head of Product Solutions and is responsible for setting the strategic direction for Credit, Debit, and Prepaid products.
The successful candidate will drive performance, ensure Visa's preference in the market by acquirers and merchants, and maintain strong relationships with key clients. They will also represent Visa at forums and discovery days with stakeholders from Executives to Product Managers.
This is a hybrid position with a confirmed expectation of office days. The ideal candidate will have an AI-first mindset, be curious about expanding Gen-AI adoption within the team, and demonstrate authentic leadership focused on personal development and team growth.
Qualifications:
* A Bachelor's degree required, 10+ years of product or portfolio management experience
* Deep understanding of consumer payments, transaction banking, lending, and credit markets
* Strong grasp of the regulatory framework in Australia and New Zealand for payments and lending
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to adapt to diverse audiences
