Project Administrator

The Project Administrator role will provide project administration support to our programs team, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects.
* Manage SharePoint Central Support Mailbox and respond to all enquiries.
* Action folder and document permission requests and new user requests.
* Add new accounts to UGL SharePoint.
* Assist staff with IT issues.
* Work alongside stakeholders to troubleshoot general issues.
* Liaise with others to resolve access issues.
* Manage vehicle bookings and pool vehicle enquires.
* Coordinate vehicles for new starters and reallocate existing vehicles as needed.
* Arrange purchase orders and assist with servicing and maintenance bookings.
* Arrange purchase orders and assist with insurance claims paperwork.
* Maintain a vehicle register and issue fuel cards.
* Conduct regular audits of TW Recharge spreadsheet.
* Manage expense claims.
* Raise purchase orders as required.
* Maintenance of purchase orders and queries.
* Provide assistance for report preparation.
* Maintain a filing system on Project Central for relevant project documentation.
