About the Role
The Podiatrist will work within a multidisciplinary team, collaborating closely with medical and nursing staff to provide holistic healthcare.
Key responsibilities include:
* Provide high quality podiatry services to clients and participate in health education and promotion programs.
* Create a welcoming environment where consumers can inquire and learn about a range of health‐related matters and engage in self‐management.
* Maintain and complete client files and records.
Additional context:
* Focus on treating foot‐related conditions resulting from diabetes, peripheral vascular disease, and other high‐risk foot complications.
* Educate and empower clients to adopt self‐management strategies.
* Position is based at Footscray and Braybrook, with occasional work across other cohealth sites.

Our Ideal Candidate
* Tertiary qualification in Podiatry and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* At least two years' experience as a podiatrist.
* Demonstrated clinical competency in biomechanical assessment, nail surgery, diabetes assessment and wound management.
* Strong belief and personal alignment with cohealth Values and Mission.
Additional Requirements
* Satisfactory Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC).
* Working With Children Check (WWCC).
* Pre‐Employment Declaration Form.
* Evidence of legal rights to work in Australia.
* Evidence of vaccination, including influenza within 12 weeks of commencement, in accordance with Victorian Minister of Health requirements.
