WAREHOUSE TEAM MEMBER - NEVERFAIL SPRING WATER
Neverfail Spring Water is a great Australian success story and is a part of the Coca-Cola Europacific Partners group servicing approximately 70,000+ customers. The business was created in 1987 by a Sydney based entrepreneur called Harry Hilliam and his family. They lived on the Hawkesbury River and had a natural spring water source on his property called Neverfail as it "never failed to produce water, no matter how dry it got".
Fast forward to today and Neverfail is Australia's #1 spring water cooler business; it's an untapped gem from both a profitability and sustainability perspective and has significant possibilities to expand in the future. In 2022, a new strategic vision was developed to lead Neverfail into its next chapter.
**ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE**
We have a fabulous opportunity to join our team in this Warehouse Team Member role where you will get to ensure the safe, consistent and accurate completion of total site inventory management and truck loading accuracy and efficiency across our Neverfail business.
We are looking for someone who will provide operational assistance to the production team as well as the Neverfail logistics team and ensuring day to day operational routines are embedded, including pre-loading of vehicles, warehouse management data entry through MSD, stock taking and inventory management.
Effective communication, negotiation and influencing skills are essential, along with your ability to effectively build strong working relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally. You will be a collaborative and outcomes-focused member of the team who understands the importance of customer, cost and meets deadlines.
This role has hours of 10am to 6pm which would be great for those needing to get kids to school in the morning or who want to fit that gym class in!

- Moderate Microsoft Excel and Word experience is required.
- Forklift licence
- MR/HR licence (or willing to get one)
- Test & Tag licence (or willing to get one)
- Great Team Player with collaborative approach
- Flexibility with work hours (if required to cover morning shift at times)
