We are looking for an enthusiastic Pharmacy Assistant to join our team.Established in 1978, Capital Chemist has grown with Canberra and now has nineteen outlets in Canberra and several in country New South Wales including Batemans Bay, Ulladulla, Cooma, Temora and Junee.
Capital Chemist is wholly-owned by a Canberra partnership of like-minded pharmacists dedicated to providing quality pharmaceutical and ancillary services to their clients.ResponsibilitiesCustomer service and sales- including assisting the sale of Schedule 2 and Schedule 3 medicines, accepting prescriptions to be dispensed, providing advice on over-the-counter medicinesCash handling and register operationsReplenish stock and maintain inventory levelsMaintain the presentation of the store and services areaQualifications / AttributesHas a dedicated work ethicAbility to provide excellent customer service and build good rapport with customersAbility to work as part of the teamAble to work flexible schedule which may include nights, weekends, and public holidays.
