Responsibilities
* Support the development and delivery of an educational program that meets the interests and abilities of each child.
* Help increase enrolments and build the program to include services that meet community needs.
* Participate in delivering a quality and diverse educational program that sees every child actively participate.

Qualifications
* Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent as approved by the Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority).
* Current National Child Safety Training and any applicable state-based child safety training (or ability to obtain prior to commencement).
* Prior experience working in a kindergarten and/or other early childhood service providing high‐quality care and educational services for children.
* A sound knowledge and understanding of early childhood learning and development.
