From minimal intervention to organic and biodynamic methods, every wine has been selected for its unique characteristics.
As a key member of our sommelier team, you will be given the opportunity to use your creativity, introduce new and unique offerings to the wine list, and take charge of the wine program for one of Merivale's most treasured venues. Working closely with the Head Sommelier, Restaurant Management, and broader group Sommelier team, you'll lead and inspire our floor staff, play a key role in ensuring exceptional guest service, and drive revenue and cost results.
This is a critical role within Merivale's sommelier group, where you will set the standard for world-class service and share your wine knowledge with esteemed guests to ensure their experience at Fred's is unforgettable. To succeed in this role, you will have:
