Social Work Services
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Social Worker to join our team. As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing effective and efficient social work services that address the psychosocial aspects of care for patients.
* Provide intervention including support, education and resources to individuals in the context of their bio-psycho-social situation.
* Work closely with healthcare professionals to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* A degree in Social Work or other equivalent qualification providing eligibility for membership of the AASW.
* Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the Social Work role in the context of health.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
