We are looking for Metal Fabricator/ Boilermaker, full time with minimum 1-2 years full time of exp as Fitter
Annual salary - $80,000 -$ 98,000
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Read blueprints and engineering drawings to determine job requirements
* Cut, shape, and fit materials such as steel plates and pipes using hand and power tools
* Assemble boiler components and large vessels, ensuring accurate alignment
* Weld parts together using techniques like MIG, TIG, and stick welding
* Inspect and repair boilers, replacing defective parts as needed
* Conduct pressure testing to ensure vessels are leak-free and meet safety standards
* Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
* Ensure all work complies with industry codes and regulations
* Perform quality control by inspecting completed work to meet specified standards
* Collaborate with other tradespeople and maintain records of repairs and inspections
