This is an excellent opportunity to support a senior partner within a well-regarded Projects team, working on complex and high-value matters. This role will suit a polished, proactive and highly organised Legal Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working autonomously while being an integral part of a close-knit team. Who will they be supporting? You will support a busy Partner alongside a small team of lawyers within a highly regarded Projects practice. Your day to day responsibilities will be: Diary and inbox management, ensuring seamless coordination of schedules Billing, time recording, expense management and reporting Drafting and preparation of correspondence and legal documents Conducting searches (property, ASIC and related enquiries) Matter management including file opening/closing, archiving and filing Liaising with clients and stakeholders, building strong relationships Coordinating travel and assisting with events where required Do you have the following skillset?
